What I would like the network to achieve: That those living with dementia have the same access to expert care, including palliative care, as those with diseases such as cancer, MND etc. 

Rowcroft Hospice provide free specialist palliative care to people with life threatening illnesses and their families across South Devon, UK. We also have plans to launch (subject to NHS commissioning) a leading specialist dementia and complex nursing home designed on best-in-class international designs and care models – called Lavender Square.
