What I would like the network to achieve: Broadening and deepening a global movement that is creatively and radically transforming the “tragedy narrative” of dementia and cognitive decline.

A long-time community builder, group therapist and developmentalist, Mary Fridley is on the faculty at the East Side Institute in NYC, co-creator and leader of The Joy of Dementia (You Gotta Be Kidding!) and co-founder and coordinator of Reimagining Dementia: A Creative Coalition for Justice.

Reimagining Dementia is an international group of people living with dementia, carers/care partners, family and community members, activists and allies, helping professionals, advocates, artists, academics and others.
