In the 14 years since we started, we have looked after hundreds of people living with dementia. And it never ceases to amaze me how much compassionate, consistent and informed care can improve the lives of those living with it. We [Home Instead] exist to keep ageing adults healthy, happy, and connected to their communities. Old age is something to be celebrated, and we strive to create a world in which no one is lonely or isolated in their later years https://www.homeinstead.co.uk/
