Eric Deeson
A bit about yourself: First diagnosed with Alzheimer’s over twelve years ago, I’ve volunteered in public involvement (PI) in dementia care and research since I retired.
Some of your other work: I do PI full-time, and therefore with a wide range of bodies, charities, universities and hospitals around UK. I guess about half of my projects concern neuro conditions.
Why did you join PLEDGE? Pledge is the PI advisory group for the Empower programme. I joined to be able to work with even more dementia researchers.
