I have lobbied for better consideration and provision for palliative and end of life care in dementia in national policy and guidance for over 45 years and now starting to see the seed of change which I wish to continue to be a part of the drive forward.

What I would like the network to achieve: I want to see equity in access to high quality and well-informed palliative and end of life care for people with dementia.
