Caitlin Adams, Aston University
Strengths I bring: Compassion, inclusion, reflective practice
What I would like the network to achieve: I’d like to learn how co-production is being considered within research and provide any assistance appropriate.
I am a psychology researcher with a clinical background in autism, learning disability, complex care, and mental health. I am currently completing a PhD focused on improving dementia diagnosis through cognitive assessment, which integrates clinical practice and research to improve accessibility and quality of psychological services across the lifespan.
Aston Research Centre for Health in Ageing (ARCHA) aims to understand, predict, prevent and treat age-related degeneration and disease. We have a specific focus on health, metabolism, the mind, and medicines in the context of the biology, psychology, and clinical aspects of ageing. https://www.aston.ac.uk/research/hls/archa
